Hallo,
mein Lebensgefährte und ich ziehen in Erwägung in Griechenland standesamtlich zu heiraten und wir haben diesbezüglich einige Fragen.
Wir wissen zwar schon, welche Dokumente man hier in Deutschland besorgen muss, aber der genaue Ablauf ist uns nicht wirklich klar, obwohl wir die diesbezüglichen Threads hier im Forum schon gelesen haben.

Wir würden die Eheschliessung gern während unseres Jahresurlaubes (26.8. - 9.9.03), also recht kurzfristig, vollziehen lassen. Unser Aufenthaltsort in Griechenland wäre Boukari auf Korfu.

Also:

Wie lange dauert gewöhnlich die Antragsbearbeitung bzw. die Festsetzung des Eheschliessungstermins durch den örtlichen Bürgermeister in Griechenland?

Sind ggf. Fristen zu beachten?

Wie kann ich Name und Adresse des örtlich zuständigen Bürgermeisters in Erfahrung bringen?

Welche Informationen sollte der Antrag auf Eheschliessung enthalten.

Welches deutsche Konsulat in Griechenland ist für diese Region zuständig (zwecks Beurkundung der Eheschliessung)?
Ferner würden wir gerne wissen, welche Behörde die Abstammungsurkunden und das Ehebefähigungszeugnis mit Apostillen versieht.
