Tja, da muss ich Dir leider zustimmen.
Jeder hat mal so eine Phase....ein paar Kilos zu viel....
Ich habe jedenfalls vor einigen Jahren mit dem Thermidometriti (kalorienzaehler - rotes Buch) jede Woche 1kg abgenommen (insgesamt 12 kg). Ich habe alles gegessen, aber nie 1500 kalorien pro Tag ueberschritten. Seitdem halte ich mein Gewicht, da ich mich jetzt sowieso an eine ausgewogene Ernaehrung gewoehnt habe. Das war meiner Erfahrung nach her das Beste, was ich machen konnte.

Was Antibiotika angeht....ich muss auch sagen, dass Antibiotika schnell verschrieben werden, besonders bei Kindern. Ich habe oefters mal versucht, Erkaeltungen etc meiner Kinder ohne Antibiotika zu behandeln. Ergebnis: selten klappte das (ich glaube nur 2 Mal), meistens war sowieso eine Mittelohrentzuendung (Otitida ?) im Anmarsch. Also, ich vertraue doch meinem Kinderarzt, wenn er meint, dass man ein Antibiotikum geben soll. Aber ich staunte schon am Anfang, wie schnell die Aerzte auf viele, verschiedene Medikamente und Antibiotika zurueckgreifen.
