warum genau duerft ihr nicht am Strand schauffeln, bei Hochwasser und wie kommt ein Nachbar die WP anzurufen, statt euch wegen des Hochwassers zu helfen ? Gerade bei Hochwasser reagieren die Leute hier eigentlich genau anders, als von dir beschrieben !

Gab es da eine Vorgeschichte, eine bereits ausgesprochenes Verbot, oder einen expliziten Hinweis wg. Baugenehmigung oder wg. der IKA usw. -Nach neuem Beschluss kommt man ja nicht einmal wegen Steuerdelikten ins Kittchen !!!

Diese ganze Sache hat bestimmt einen Hacken. Falls ihr im Recht sein solltet, koennt ihr gerne den Anwalt einschalten. Neuerdings kann man auch gegen den GR-Staat vor Gericht gewinnen.
Aber vorsicht ist geboten: Wenn die Polizei euch schon eingebuchtet hat, aufgrund einer "einfachen" Anzeige vom Nachbarn.... da kann viel mehr dahinter stecken.

Bin auf weitere Infos gespannt.
