Hi !

Nein, .. nicht mit Anwalt drohen ... das ist albern !

Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass ein nettes, sachliches Schreiben von einem Anwalt Wunder wirken kann...

Ich habe Zweifel, ob ein privates Schreiben an den Vorstand in Deinem Fall wirklich Sinn macht ... denn worüber sollte sich denn der Vorstand bei Deinem Sachbearbeiter beschweren ?
Dass er darauf drängt das Formular komplett auszufüllen ??? ER hat´s ja nicht gemacht und somit auch keinen offensichtlichen Fehler begangen.

Naja, ... jeder hat andere Erfahrungen gemacht und meine ist eben, dass private Schreiben an wen auch immer gerne ignoriert werden ... dann schließlich geht der Angeschriebene davon aus voll im Recht zu sein ... und die tatsächliche Rechtslage erklärt nun mal am besten ein RA.

In dem Sinne ...
