Cool .. in Deinem Wikipedia Link steht .. dass erst vorbereitet/abgeglichen wird und dann am 01.01.2008 voraussichtlich die Vergabe beginnt.
Woher bitte sollst ausgerechnet Du die Nummer also schon jetzt haben .. die hat noch keiner in D und erst recht keiner in GR ... die Frage, wann die Nummer in GR zur Verfügung steht .. wird wohl nicht zu beantworten sein .. man denke an das neue Kataster - auch die Umsetzung einer EU-Vorschrift. Es zieht sich und zieht sich.

In Deinem konkreten Fall würde ich dann einfach mal über ein anwaltliches Schreiben an die Versicherung nachdenken ...
