Ruinen kaufen und renovieren wird mit Sicherheit teurer als ein Neubau mit allen Schikanen. Das ist was für Leute, die Ahnung und Zeit oder endlos viel Geld haben.

Hab mir vor 4 Jahren so eine Ruine angesehen. 13.000 Eu wollte die Besitzerin haben. Abriss des nicht Brauchbaren - geschätzt 15.000 Eu (Grundstück mitten im Dorf, durch Hanglage nur mit Spezialmaschinen oder per Hand). Neuaufbau / "Renovierung" ca. 25.000 Eu.
Hab dann lieber neu gebaut - inkl. Grundstück und schlüsselfertig 45.000 (und keinen Vorschlaghammer anfassen müssen!)

Eher würd ich mir nen Wohnwagen hinstellen, als mich mit einem Steinhaufen rumzuplagen. Wie gesagt: wenn man genug Geld hat....
