Hallo Brigitte,
wir haben so was Ähnliches gemacht. Da war deutsches und griechisches Recht gefragt.
Unsere Notarin hat dazu einen seitenlangen Vertrag in Griechisch und Deutsch aufgesetz, der von allen Betroffenen per notariell beglaubigter Unterschrift unterzeichnet werden musste.
Ich bin überzeugt davon, dass die normalen Rechtsanwälte in GR damit total überfordert sind.
Wendet euch doch an die Rechtsabteilung der italienischen Botschaft. Die haben bestimmt einen zuverlässigen Notar in Athen an der Hand, der sowas solide und rechtswirksam machen kann.
