für mich als Käufer ist es schon wichtig, ob mit dem Kaufpreis die Übertragungssteuer entrichtet wird, denn so kann ich genau kalkulieren, weil ja die Anwalts-, die Notar- und evtl. Maklergebühren kalkulierbar sind.
Die Höhe der Übertragungssteuer ist immer eine unbekannte Komponente in GR!
