Hallo,
wir wollen demnächst ein Haus auf Kreta kaufen. Wir haben auch schon ein renovierungsbedürftiges im Auge. Zur Zeit läuft der Verkauf über einen Makler. Leider sagt uns der Makler nicht ganz immer die Wahrheit. Und da meine Frage:
Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit dem Kauf über einen Makler?
Kennt jemand einen deutschsprachigen Architekten oder Bauingenieur auf Kreta?
Kennt jemand einen deutschprachigen Anwalt auf Kreta?
Und dann bin ich noch auf der Suche nach einem Dollmetscher, der mir vor Ort bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Eigentümer helfen kann.
Ich freue mich schon auf eure Nachrichten.
