Der Bau von Natursteinhaeusern ist sogar ausdruecklich erwuenscht und wird gefoerdert.
Bisweilen gibts dafuer sogar Geld (abhaengig von Region und Art des Hauses), aber immer gilt folgendes:
Auf einem Grundstueck von X qm darf man ein Haus mit der Grundflaeche Y qm bauen. So ist das halt; aber:
Bei Natursteinhaeusern wird fuer Y die *Innen*flaeche zugrundegelegt, bei konventionellen Haeusern die *Aussen*flaeche. So lassen sich mit Naturstein schnell noch ein paar Extra-qm mehr bauen.
Wenn man's sich den leisten kann, ist natuerlich kein billiger Spass.
Dafuer haltbarer, besser isoliert, gutes Raumklima.
Erdbebenbenschutzbestimmungen gelten auch hier, um as Stahlbetonkorsett kommt man wohl nicht herum...
