Ich frage mich immer .. wo die ganzen qualifizierten Mädels bleiben ? Wahrscheinlich dann völlig überqualifiziert in unterbezahlten Jobs die nicht annähernd ihren Fähigkeiten entsprechen ...
Wobei das wahrlich kein griechisches Problem ist ... sondern wohl für viele (alle) EU-Länder gilt ?

Oder die Qualifikation für den Zugang zu gewissen Arbeitsbereichen wird einfach höher geschraubt (ob es nun eine Notwendigkeit dafür gibt oder nicht) - was sicherlich die Qualität in diesen Bereichen steigert, .. aber eben auch vielen dann den Zugang erschwert bzw. blockiert.

Upps, .. das hatte jetzt gar nix mehr mit Ausgangsthema ---> den Leguanen zu tun, sorry :lol:

Ich frage mich immer .. wo die ganzen qualifizierten Mädels bleiben ? Wahrscheinlich dann völlig überqualifiziert in unterbezahlten Jobs die nicht annähernd ihren Fähigkeiten entsprechen ...
Wobei das wahrlich kein griechisches Problem ist ... sondern wohl für viele (alle) EU-Länder gilt ?

Oder die Qualifikation für den Zugang zu gewissen Arbeitsbereichen wird einfach höher geschraubt (ob es nun eine Notwendigkeit dafür gibt oder nicht) - was sicherlich die Qualität in diesen Bereichen steigert, .. aber eben auch vielen dann den Zugang erschwert bzw. blockiert.

Upps, .. das hatte jetzt gar nix mehr mit Ausgangsthema ---> den Leguanen zu tun, sorry :lol:
