Hi !

Ich gebe zu, ... ich bin erstaunt, dass es tatsächlich Büro´s zu geben scheint (Carmen´s Link). Bisher bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass die objektive Wertermittlung von Immobilien in GR - zumindest privatwirtschaftlich - vollkommen unbekannt ist.
Klar, ... Banker haben ihre internen "Gutachter", um Werte in Verbindung mit einer Kreditivergabe zu ermitteln (vielleicht auch Versicherungen wg. Deckungssummen ???).

Ich persönlich habe meine Zweifel, ob überhaupt ein *Bedarf* an unabhängigen Büros besteht ...

In dem Sinne ...
