Hallo zusammen,

wahrscheinlich ist meine Anfrage zu speziell, aber vielleicht habe ich ja Glück.
Gibt es in Griechenland eigentlich klassische Sachverständigenbüros, hier insbesondere für die Verkehrswertermittlung von Immobilien und unbebauten Grundstücken.
Als Sachverständiger interessiert mich das besonders, da ich mir vorstellen könnte, in Athen oder auf Kreta ein solches zu gründen. Habt Ihr Erfahrungen z.B. im Rahmen Eures Immobilienkaufs in Griechenland oder im Rahmen Eurer Gespräche mit finanzierenden Banken?
