Wohl wahr ! So versucht eine Nachbarin von uns hartnäckig Ihr Gundstück mit der unglaublichen Größe von 150 m² für 65.000 Teuronen an den Mann/die Frau zu bringen :lol:
Als Belohnung darf man dafür aber auch ein kleines Vorratshäuschen abreissen !
Nun, .. wir werden genau beobachten was passiert ... wenn die wirklich einen Interessenten findet ... werden wir diesem 150 m² von unserem Garten (nur 100 m weiter) für schlappe 55.000 anbieten ... wäre dann doch echt ein Schäppchen für den Käufer .. und wir haben zur Regulierung des Marktes begetragen Cool
