Gestern wurden die neuen Objektiven Werte verkuendet, hier ein ausfuehrlicher Artikel:

Interessant ein kleiner Nebenaspekt, der auch Mieter betrifft:

"Moreover, renters and owners will pay increased council tax and real estate tax, which will be paid at the Public Power Company (PPC)"

PPC meint DEH, aber aergerlich, dass auch Mieter die Erhoehung inform von erhoehter Gemeidesteuer zu spueren bekommen...

Die neuen Werte sind hier:

http://www.gsis.gr/ aber nur auf griechisch. Linke Spalte, in dem rot umrandeten Kasten, der ein Ausrufungszeichen fuehrt. Dort auswaehlen: Attika, Thessaloniki oder restliches Griechenland (Excel Datei)
