Jau, jetzt mische ich mich auch noch ein Wink ... So wie ich das verstehe wird bezieht sich der von Dir angesprochene Abastz auf den Aufenthaltsort der Kinder ... Du bist in D steuerpflichtig ... eines/zwei, alle Deiner Kinder lebt in einem EU-Mitgliedsstaat oder einem assoziierten ... - dann gibt´s für diese Kind Kindergeld Wink
Lebt Dein Kind in Amiland gibt´s nichts WinkDer steuerliche Status der Eltern zur Erlangung von Kindergeld ist recht deutlich beschreiben ... finde ich Wink
