Auslandskindergeld gibt es nur, wenn das Kind seinen "gewoehnlichen Aufenthalt" im Inland hat (dort also in aller Regel auch gemeldet ist) oder nur zu Ausbildungszwecken bis zu einer Hoechstdauer von 3 Jahren im Ausland verweilt.

Wird ein deutsches Kind im Ausland geboren, muessen "die Umstaende daraufhinweisen", dass es demanechst nach Deutschland "verbracht" werden soll, um von Geburt an Anspruch auf deutsches Kindergeld zu haben.

Ich musste uebrigens das Kindergeld auch zurueckzahlen, dass ich nach dem Umzug noch weiter bezog...
