GR ist vom Europaeischen Gerichtshof wegen seiner 1453 illegaler Muelldeponien verurteilt worden:

Ich frag mich, ob es nicht kostenguenstiger fuer den Staat waere, endlich Muellvermeidungskampagnen einzuleiten, als dauernd Strafe zu zahlen?

Oder Gewerbebetrieben klar machen, dass Produktionsreste und Altwaren nicht unbedingt Muell sind, sondern Wirtschaftsgut, das man Weiterverkaufen kann?

Ist Muell wirklich ein so unglaublich kompliziertes Thema, dass GR das nicht in den Griff kriegen koennte?
