Hallo Zusammen!
ich habe eine Frage die mir hoffentlich jemand von euch beantworten kann.
Ich habe vor einigen Jahren in GR ein Geschaeft durch einen Architekten bauen lassen. Mein Einkommen habe ich in D erwirtschaftet und dort auch versteuert. Das Geld fuer den Bau habe ich aus D nach GR geschickt und so auch die rosafarbenen "Sinalgma" erhalten.
Nun bin ich vor einiger Zeit nach GR gezogen und muss den "vorlaeufigen Strom" in "endgueltigen Strom" umwandeln damit ich das Geschaeft in Betrieb nehmen kann. Damit man den endgueltigen Strom erhaelt benoetigt man eine Bestaetigung vom Finanzamt das man dort keine Schulden hat. Nun kommt meine eigentliche Frage:
Fuer den Bau wurden seinerzeit Materialien vom Architekten hier gekauft.
Man teilte mir nun mit das die Moeglichkeit einer Versteuerung von 10 %
hier in GR besteht. D.h. ich muesste das Material was hier fuer den Bau gekauft wurde nochmal versteuern?
Hat jemand von euch Erfahrung mit solchen hirnrissigen Gesetzen?
Ich wuerde mich ueber eine Antwort von euch freuen.
