Hallo zusammen!

Hat irgendjemand hier vielleicht Erfahrungen, wie es ist, bei Lidl in GR zu arbeiten? Oder kennt jemand jemanden, der dort arbeitet?

Ich habe demnächst ein Vorstellungsgespräch in Thessaloniki in der Lidl-Zentrale als Nachwuchs-Führungskraft und habe über diese Stellen in D bisher (fast) nur Horror-Erfahrungen gelesen. 70-80 Std./Woche, reine Stellen für Marktleiter-/Bezirksleiterrekrutierung ohne Aussicht, tatsächlich in der Zentrale zu arbeiten, in den Filialen praktisch Mädchen für alles, also man muß sich um alles kümmern, was sonst niemand machen will usw., usw.
Zugegeben, das Ganze (zumindest in D) für gutes Geld, aber man will neben dem Job ja auch noch leben...

Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn ihr mir sagen könntet, ob das beim GR-Lidl genauso ist, oder eben nicht.
