Hi !

Ich kann Deiner Zusammenfassung nur zustimmen ... - einen Punkt möchte ich jedoch anmerken ... und, ... damit keine Missverständnisse aufkommen ... - ich berichte jetzt wie es bei uns auf Samos war Wink Der von Dir erwähnte Antrag auf Stromversorgung ... - der kam ganz zum Schluss und kann nicht im Vorfeld gestellt werden. Wir haben das Gebäude erst (weitgehend) bezugsfertig erstellt. Dann haben wir dem FINANZAMT gegenüber in einer notwendigen Steuererklärung dargelegt, dass die vom Architekten zu Grunde gelegte MINDESTBAUSUMME (mehr ist egal) erreicht worden ist. Zu diesem Zweck müssen Rechnungen über Lohn-/Materialkosten und IKA entsprechend beigebracht werden. Durch dieses Vorgehen soll dem "Schwarzbauen" vorgebeut werden. Wer schwarz baut, hat auch keine Rechnungen die er vorlegen kann ... denkt der Staat Wink - und dann gibt´s eben auch keinen Strom.
In diesem Sinne ....
