Bis vor Kurzen war es ja so, dass, wer ein Studium absolvieren wollte, nach Athen gegen MUSSTE und danach meist auch dort blieb, denn in den Provinzen gab es keine Arbeitsplaetze fuer gut ausgebildete.

Die Regierung versucht mit verschiedenen Massnahmen der Landflucht (oder auf griechisch "Stadtliebe", astyfilia) entgegen zu wirken. Eine davon ist, Universitaeten zu gruenden.

Jetzt wird die 20. Uni eroeffnet und zwar in Tripoli auf dem/der Peloponnes.

Ich finde das echt klasse, wirklich. OK, von uns wird wohl keiner an einer der neuen Unis studieren, aber die Nebeneffekte sind doch wirklich begruessenswert. Wollen wir hoffen, dass sich diese Bestrebungen weiter fortsetzen und es eine wirkliche "Entzerrung" geben wird!
