Hallo,
ueber dieses Thema wurde ja schon sehr oft und ausfuehrlich diskutiert. Wie ist es, wenn man im Juli 2003 mit dem Auto eingereist ist, (der PKW ist auf die Tochter in D zugelassen und wird hier von der Mutter gefahren). Kann mir die Tochter das Fahrzeug schenken (welche Uebersetzungen sind noetig?)und ich melde dann den PKW (wo muss ich in Athen hin?) auf meinen Namen an?
Bitte gebt mir moeglichst viele Informationen. Danke.

Wenn das Auto duetsche Kennzeichen hat, kann es in gr weder verkauft, noch verschenkt werden. Etweder die Tochter verzollt es in gr, und ubertraegt es dann der Mutter, oder die Ummeldung passiert in Deutschland, und wird dann in gr, von der Mutter verzollt. (Ich spreche von verzollen, weil ich davon ausgehe, dass das Auto laenger als ein halbes Jahr in gr bleiben soll)
