Servus zusammen,

Nachdem ich mein Passwort (wird ja nach 1/2 Jahr fällig) gewechselt habe finde ich meine Kontodaten/Auszüge nicht mehr.

Benutzer und PW eingegeben alles funktioniert.

Es ist auch ein ganz anderer Aufbau der Seite, siehe Bild.

Kann mir mal jemand helfen, ich habe so ziemlich alle Möglichkeiten durchprobiert -leider erfolglos.

Die ETE / NBG stellt im Internet-Banking leider nach wie vor die Kontobewegungen ("κινήσεις") für die letzten 6 Monate und die sogenannten "i-bank statements" sogar nur für die letzten 3 (erfassten) Monate bereit.

Nach dem Einloggen (oben neben dem gelben Marker - εισοδος για ιδιωτες) müsstest du eine Leiste mit den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten haben ( kινησεις , πλυρωμη, etc.)
Aber stell die Seite doch einfach auf Englisch um ( ganz oben rechts), das funktioniert sogar mitten in einer Aktion wie Zahlung.
