Servus zusammen,

ich bin sei Mai dieses Jahres bei der OTE mit den Double Play 4 Vertrag. Zusätzlich habe ich noch für 6,20 € monatlich das kostenlose telefonieren (1500 Minuten/Monat) nach DE und andere Länder.

Da ich ende Oktober nach Deutschland fahre möchte ich das Zusatzpaket kündigen, dafür muss ich aber zur OTE.

Eine Frage besteht die Möglichkeit das auch Online zu machen, wenn ja wo ist das?
Unter "My OTE" -> "My Profile" finde ich keine Einstellung.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Ruf' doch einfach 13888 an (mit der Taste "9" spechen die Englisch) und frag dort wie das geht. I.d.R. sind die sehr kooperativ. Notfalls musst Du zum nächsten OTE-Shop.

Hallo,
kannst du nicht jemanden anrufen lassen?

Sowas geht problemlos über 13888 (A.F.M. bereithalten) zu Kündigen sofern der Anruf von deiner Festnetzleitung stattfindet.

Ansonsten bleibt dir nichts anderes übrig als mit deinem Ausweis/Reisepass in einen OTE, Cosmote oder Germanos Shop zu gehen.

Oder du behälst einfach dass "Addon" und ersparst dir den ganzen stress (würde ich persönlich bevorzugen).
