Hat jemand von euch eine Ahnung, warum man Eier erst am nächsten Legetag an andere gibt, oder, auf jeden Fall nicht am Abend...? Mir ist dieser Brauch jetzt ein paar Male begegnet, für die Griechen selbstverständlich, aber keiner kann es wirklich erklären?!

das ist zumindest hier nicht so. Ich geh oft abends, wenn der Nachbarbauer bei seinem Viehzeug ist, rüber und wir holen zusammen die Eier aus den Nestern, die darf ich dann auch gleich mitnehmen Smile

das Eiweiß frischgelegter Eier hat eine andere Konsistenz als das der älteren.
Manche essen das gerne, aber die meisten wohl eher nicht, da es irgendwie grisselig ist.
Als ich das erste Mal (und letzte Mal) ein frischgelegtes Ei gekocht und dann gegessen habe, dachte ich, es wäre schlecht.
Vielleicht ist das ja der Grund.
