IBAN und BIC von NOVA [ERLEDIG] - lewendi - 28.05.2021

Servus zusammen,

ich kann seit heute meine Nova Rechnung nicht mehr mit meiner Kreditkarte bezahlen. Ein Anruf bei meinem Kartenanbieter (Barclay) ergab, dass mit der Karte alles in Ordnung sei und das Problem bei Forthnet liegt.

Ein Chat mit Nova brachte leider kein Ergebnis. 

Auf meine Frage, ich benötige die Bankdaten (BIC, IBAN)  damit ich von der Bank aus überweisen kann, sagte er diese brauche ich nicht nur die Rechnungsnummer. 

Ist natürlich Schwachsinn. Big Grin

Meine Frage hat jemand die IBAN und BIC von Nova / Forthnet, damit ich meine Rechnung bezahlen kann?
