Was für Preise werden in Griechenland für Ackerland gezahlt ?

Hallo Julie , Neee wir wollen 24.000 m2 Ackerland verkaufen .

Naja , die Unterscheiden hier in Kategorien , ob Wasser da ist , Bodenbeschaffen usw .

das Ackerland ist Alpha-Kategorie , aber was hießige Bauern uns anbieten ist Lächerlich , darum dachte ich frag mal nach vielleicht weiss ja einer was so für Ackerland gezahlt wird .

Für den Preis was man uns anbietet geben wir es nicht ab , lieber spenden wir es der Kirche :-))

Auf solch eine allgemeine Frage wirst Du kaum eine präzise Antwort erwarten dürfen. Zumindest solltest Du genauere Angaben bezüglich des zum Verkauf stehenden Grundes machen:
Geographische Lage, (im Norden oder Süden, Westen oder Osten von GR, Inland oder küstennah, Markt- bzw. stadtnah), Ebene oder Hanglage, Hangneigung, Bodenbeschaffenheit, evtl. -güteklasse, ferner Verkehrslage, vorhandene Infrastruktur usw.
