Hausverkauf - vardia - 09.09.2016 Hallo in die Runde! Angenommen ich wollte mein Haus hier verkaufen, wie bringe ich den Erlös nach Deutschland? Man will mir weismachen, das wäre nur in 1600 Euro Schritten pro Monat möglich??? Ich kann das nicht glauben! Bitte um sachkundige Aufklärung! Danke und einen schönen Abend in die Runde! Es ist offenbar tatsächlich so, dass ich einen ausländischen Käufer bräuchte, bzw. einen Griechen mit Geld im ausländischen Säckel. Aber es war wirklich nur ein Gesprächsthema, ich konnte es einfach nicht glauben. Ein Hausverkauf steht derzeit eh nicht auf dem Programm. Kali ebdomada! Vardia RE: Hausverkauf - melly11 - 18.05.2019 Hallo, ich suche einen fachkundigen Markler der in Athen, Umgebung von Kifisia, Tatoi, Aharne, ein Haus dessen Wert ermitteln soll. Zur Zeit ist noch kein Verkauf über den Markler geplant, die Eigentümer möchten nur den realen Wert des Objekts wissen und keine Kneipenpreise von ... bis.... hören, die die Nachbarn uns so zurufen. ;-) Kennt jemand einen Markler der so ein Expose erstellen könnte ? Evt. auch Preise für diese Dienstleistung ? Wir sind leider der griechischen Sprache nicht mächtig. Englisch wäre super. Ich versichere Dir, das Attribut "vertrauenswürdig" bekommen bei mir nur ganz wenige Leute. Und Eleni gehört ohne jeglichen Zweifel dazu.
