Lästige Werbeanrufe OTE Ruf-Nr 13888 - RolfAusg - 12.10.2015 Nach meinem Wechsel zu Vodafon werde ich ständig von OTE angerufen , die mich als Kunden zurückgewinnen wollen . Bis zu 8 Mal am Tag erfolgen die Werbeanrufe- auch in der Mittagszeit . Mein lautstarker Protest hat eher die Anzahl der störenden Anrufe erhöht . Ich habe Vodafon gebeten , die Ruf-Nr 13888 zu unterdrücken , aber leider hat sich nichts getan . Hat einer einen Rat ? Mich jedenfalls nicht mehr. RE: Lästige Werbeanrufe OTE Ruf-Nr 13888 - RolfAusg - 15.10.2015 So einfach ist das Problem leider nicht zu lösen : - in den meisten Fällen ist man nur mit dem Wählcomputer verbunden , da offensichtlich alle Telefonisten zur Zeit beschäftigt sind . - daneben benutzt OTE neuerdings auch gelegentlich andere Rufnummer , die man auf dem ersten Blick nicht OTE zuordnet . Diese Anrufe sind einfach nur lästig ! Nachtrag 28.10.15 wollte nur ergänzend mitteilen , dass Vodafone einen Vordruck anbietet , mit dem man die Sperrung der lästigen OTE-Werbeanrufe veranlassen kann . Den ausgefüllten Vordruck und eine Kopie des Aussweises muß man dann an Vodafone zurückschicken per Post .
