Grunderwerbssteuer und Gemeindepauschale - AnAn - 05.08.2015 Kalimeramile: Ja, ich habe mal wieder eine Frage... Kann mir jemand mitteilen wie hoch derzeit die Grunderwerbssteuer in Griechenland ist? Früher wars, nach meinen Informationen, 8% bzw. 10% auf den Wert ab 20.000€. Davon wurde dann noch eine Gemeindepauschale von 3% fällig. Nun sollte ja, ab 2014, die Grunderwerbssteuer gesenkt werden. Ich find edazu im Netz leider leider verschiedene Informationen. Meistens geht die Information zu den alten Daten, mit Hinweis, dass ein Änderung erfolgen soll.... Eine zugehörige Frage habe ich aber auch : Habe irgendwo gelesen, dass auf der neuen Reformliste die E.N.F.I.A neu berechnet werden soll.
