Blog-Impressumspflicht in GR - kranai - 22.05.2015 Weiß jemand, ob für Blogs mit Länderkürzel .gr auch eine Impressumspflicht besteht? Ich frage das, weil nirgends auszumachen ist, wer verantwortlich zeichnet für den gewiss viel besuchten griechenland-blog.gr, ich aber gerne wüsste, wer dahinter steckt. Mehrfaches Nachfragen per Kontaktformular über den betreffenden Blog blieb unbeantwortet. RE: Blog-Impressumspflicht in GR - kranai - 24.05.2015 Wenn, wie zu vermuten ist, die Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Kosmidis Inhaber des Griechenland-Blogs ist, wird es wohl so sein, dass keine Impressumspflicht besteht. Die sind ja nicht blöd und rechtlich gewiss auf der sicheren Seite. Auch ich finde den Blog informativ und lese täglich darin. Deswegen muss man ja nicht alles gutheißen, was da so kommt. Trotz allem ärgert mich die Heimlichtuerei und dass man keine Antwort bekommt auf elektronisches Nachfragen. Ich finde es feige, wenn jemand nicht auch namentlich zu dem steht, was er denkt und macht. RE: Blog-Impressumspflicht in GR - Carsten - 27.05.2015 Die Impressumspflicht gibt es in vielen Ländern nicht oder zumindest nicht in der Form wie in Deutschland. Auch bei vielen kommerziellen Webseiten habe ich schon unter Kontakt lediglich eine Handynummer gefunden. Da bin ich dann ganz schnell wieder weg, legal oder nicht.
