Hobby Bierbrauer in Griechenland ? - Nickel - 30.07.2012 Ich wollte mal fragen ob hier auch Hobby Bierbrauer unterwegs sind die in Griechenland selber brauen. Noch wohne ich zwar nicht in Griechenland möchte aber gerne schon mal ein wenig schauen wie es dort um die Hobbybrauerszene steht. Wenn es sich ergibt würde ich später gerne eine kleine Mini-Inselbrauerei betreiben. Allerdings nicht als Haupterwerbsquelle (es sei denn es entwickelt sich entsprechend). Möchte allerdings nicht übermäßig Wasser verschwenden für's Spülen von Flaschen etc. und nicht zusätzlich Müll produzieren. Soweit es es aber noch nicht sondern ist eher ein langfristiges Projekt.... Schaue aber jetzt schon nach geeigneten Immobilien/ Wasserquellen...etc. RE: Hobby Bierbrauer in Griechenland ? - Kobold - 30.07.2012 Ich braue zwar selber in Griechenland, aber ich glaube nicht, dass Du hier eine "Hobbybrauerszene" antreffen wirst. Das sst wohl auch eher ein deutsches/österreichisches, vielleicht noch ein belgisches Hobby. Ich habe in den reichlich 2 Jahren, die wir iin GR leben, überhaupt sehr wenige Griechen gefunden, die ein Hobby haben. Wenn Ihr da andere Erfahrungen gemacht habt, schreibt doch mal darüber.
