Säumige Behörden in Griechenland müssen Bürger entschädigen - Lothar - 20.05.2011 Wenn das so durchgeführt wird wie es da steht, dann kann Frau Merkel gleich noch ein paar Milliarden mehr an den griechischen Staat überweisen ...:080: http://www.griechenland-blog.gr/2011/saeumige-behoerden-in-griechenland-muessen-buerger-entschaedigen/4533 RE: Säumige Behörden in Griechenland müssen Bürger entschädigen - makedonas - 20.05.2011 Ist eigentlich ein alter Hut, in dem Rundschreiben wird eben nur betont, dass einschlägige Anträge auch über die Servicezentren (KEP) gestellt werden können - was durchaus einen Sinn hat: Wenn eine Behörde in einer Sache zwei Monate lang nicht antwortet, wird ein Schadenersatzantrag wohl erst recht nicht vorankommen. In der Praxis dürfte sich allerdings kaum etwas ändern. Gegebenfalls wird einfach irgend etwas nachverlangt (und sei es eine Abstammungsurkunde für den Kanarienvogel), womit dann die Akte automatisch als "unvollständig" erklärt und der schwarze Peter wieder dem Bürger zugeschoben werden kann.
