Symfono Symviosis -Zusammenlebensvertrag- - Rominoula - 23.12.2008 Hallo, Nach langer Abstinenz bin ich mal wieder hier auf der Seite und wollte wissen, ob Ihr Euch schon mit dem neuen gesetzlich verabschiedeten Zusammenlebensvertrag auseinandergesetzt habt. Konnte aber nichts dazu in den Foren finden - auch auf der Seite der dt. Botschaft in Athen hat noch keiner darüber ein Wort verloren... Schade, denn das könnte ja eine schöne (und eventuell einfachere und vielleicht sogar weniger bürokratische) Alternative zum standesamtliche / kirchliche Heiraten und dem damit zusammenhängenden allbekannten Papierzusammesuchen und Apostollieren und Übersetzen dieser sein. Vorzüge des Zusammenlebensvertrags sind z.B.: - automatische Vaterschaftsanerkennung von Neugeborenen (die es sonst nur bei verheirateten Paaren gibt) - Doppelnamenbenutzung - Erbrecht und Versicherungsrecht (wenn auch eingeschränkt) Für alle die neugierig geworden sind und der griechischen Sprache mächtig, hier zwei interessante links dazu: 1.
