Neuer Erzbischof von Athen - Petzy - 07.02.2008

Ganz unpersönlich möchte ich nur schnell den Bogen spannen und darauf hinweisen, dass Athen einen neuen Erzbischof hat, Ieroniymus mit Namen.
War schon der Gegenkandidat von Christodoulos und ist auch in vielem fast gegensätzlich. Er ist sehr eng verbunden mit dem Patriarchen Bartholomäus und stand im Gegensatz zu Christodoulos immer für leise Töne, vor allem in der Politik! Außerdem spricht er wohl recht gut Deutsch, weil er in Österreich und Deutschland studiert hat.
Nach der Schlammschlacht der letzten Tage (damit meine ich nicht dieses Forum, sondern die Ereignisse in der Kirche) ein doch beruhigendes Ergebnis.
