Ich bin sicher, es gibt mindestens 7 MIllionen Rezepte fuer Spaghetti und vielleicht koennen wir hier ja welche sammeln. Mein allerliebstes ist as simple as can be:

Die allerfeinsten Spaghettini (!), die man finden kann (LIDL hat ein 1-Kilo-Pack, das absolut klasse ist, es gibt aber auch auch ganz tolle von Barilla, etwas teurer), in Salzwasser kochen.

In einem Schuesselchen 1-2 Teeloeffel Pesto-Sosse aus dem Glas mit extra-virgin Olivenoel vermischen, so dass eine fluessige Sosse entsteht. Ueber die Nudeln giessen.

Fein gebroeckelte Feta druebergeben.

Fettisch, superlecker, ich sterb dafuer und ess das dauernd *g

Ah, ok.

Also, entweder einen Bund Rucola oder Basilikum etwas kleinschneiden, in den Häcksler (oder wie heißt das Ding *argh*), dazu Pinienkerne und recht viel Olivenöl und Knobi. Dann schön zu einer Paste häckseln.

Ich finde, es schmeckt gut auch grober gehackt, und Rucola ist mir lieber. Was man beachten muss ist die Vorratshaltung: im Glas im Kühlschrank hält das ewig, ABER man muss dran denken, jedes Mal das Glas von innen abzuwischen und Olivenöl nachzufüllen, damit der oder das Pesto luftdicht abgeschlossen ist und nicht schimmelt.

Leider kann ich keine genauen Mengenangaben machen, da ich alles nach Gefühl mache.
