Scheidung in Griechenland - Ines - 21.08.2007 Moin , Moin aus Hamburg ! Ein Freund meines Mannes, ebenfalls Grieche, hat vor kurzem seine Scheidung ( einvernehmlich) eingereicht. Ein Termin vor Gericht hat bereits stattgefunden. ( er brauchte nicht persönlich erscheinen, hatte dem Anwalt in Griechenland eine Vollmacht hinterlegt). Seine Frage ist nun: Wie lange dauert die ganze Prozedur ? Von Einreichung bis zum Scheidungsurteil ? Hat jemand ev. selber Erfahrungen oder aus dem Bekanntenkreis ?
