Logistik des Feuerkampfes - Carmen - 23.07.2007 Ich bin gestern ueber den Pentelis-Berg gefahren, um den kuerzesten Weg zum Strand zu nehmen. Ein bisschen mulmig war mir schon, wenn da ein Feuer ausgebrochen waere, haett ich in meinem kleinen Atos ganz schoen alt ausgesehen, denk ich. Auf der Strecke sah ich alle paar Kilometer kleinere und groessere Loeschfahrzeuge stehen und schwitzende Feuerwehrmaenner Wache schieben. Gut so. Aber wenn man wirklich im ganzen Land zumindest die meist befahrenen Strassen entsprechend ausstatten wollte, wieviele Feuerwehrautos und -Maenner braeuchte man? Am Sonnabend sagten sie im TV, dass zur Zeit taeglich 80 Feuer ausbrechen. ERT sagt heute morgen: "3.597 fires have burst out in Greece, 1.887 from 1st to 20 of July." http://news.ert.gr/en/c/7/26294.asp
