Vorsicht mit Jajah! - Tobi - 15.04.2007 Neulich habe ich 5 mal vergeblich versucht, per jajah jemanden zu erreichen. Zu meiner Verwunderung kostete das jedesmal 3 Cents. Auf Nachfrage beim Support erklaerten die, wenn niemand den Anruf beantwortet, wird man automatisch weitergeleitet zu einem Service, der es einem erlaubt, automatisch spaeter nochmal anzurufen. Und diese Weiterleitung kostet dann Geld, ob man sie nun will oder nicht. Abgesehen davon, dass so ein Quatsch nun keiner braucht, steht das nirgends auf deren Website und ist mithin die reine Beutelschneiderei. Auf nochmalige Nachfrage wurde mir erklaert, dass ich, wenn ich nichts bezahlen will, lieber nach 4-6mal Klingeln auflegen soll. Klasse. So genau wissen die das wohl selber nicht.... also, dass Ihrs wisst: Nicht so lange klingeln lassen! Und das alles nur, weil die SCHEISS OTE beschlossen hat, hier 5 x mehr DSL-Anschluesse zu verhoekern, als Kapazitaet da ist und mein gutes VOIP-Telefon nicht mehr funktioniert. So langsam hab ich die Schnauze vom Balkan aber gestrichen voll....
