Firmengründung in Zypern: Gilt griechisches Recht? - SarahRethymno - 30.09.2006 Hallo, ein Bekannter, Rettungsschwimmer-Ausbilder in GR, denkt darüber nach, sich eine neue Existenz auf Zypern aufzubauen. Jetzt hat er mich, als angehende Juristin gefragt, ob ich ihm bei der Rechtsgrundlage helfen und ihm ein paar Infor heraussuchen könne. Meine Frage ist nun, ob mir jemand sagen kann, ob bei solchen Sachen das griechische Recht greift oder ob Zypern eigene Gesetze hat?? Habe mich bis jetzt damit noch gar nicht beschäftigt, weil Zypern für mich bisher eher uninteressant war. Vielleicht kennt auch jemand entsprechende Internetseiten, die er mir empfehlen kann?? Ist das nicht irgendwie selbstverstaendlich? Dass irgendwelche Bananenrepubliken mal eine fremde Waehrung mitbenutzen, OK - aber jeder Fleck auf der Landkarte, der eine eigene Regierung hat, hat auch eigene Gesetze.... Nur gibt es diesbezüglich kaum Internetseiten und da kommt man dann schon schnell ins Grübeln. Aber eigentlich hast du Recht: Es ist irgendwie logisch. Dass Zypern unter Griechenland steht, wird von Leuten sicher genauso oft gedacht, wie dass Irland zur UK gehört.
