ab 1.1.2006 soll es neue Bewertungskriterien für Immobilien geben. Wer weiß mehr? Danke.

Hm, was meinst Du genau? In jedem Fall darf man nicht mehr auf nur 4.000 qm (4 Stremmata) bauen, sondern muss 8 haben, sofern das Land ausserhalb des Cityplans ist. Und dann wird Mehrwertsteuer faellig. Und ich glaube, auch der Verkaeufer zahlt Uebertragungssteuer.

Ja genau: wer weiss mehr?

Sofern es nicht eine der 1000 Sonderzonen ist.
Bei uns gibt es Ecken, wo die Grenze sogar auf 2000qm *runter*gesetzt wurde.
