Heizoel: Neue Steuern, neues Verfahren - Carmen - 29.07.2005 Um den Schwarzhandel mit Heizoel einzudaemmen, wird es ein neues Kontrollsystem gegen, dessen erste Phase am 15.10.05 anlaeuft. Privatleute wie Gewerbliche und Landwirte werden ein Timologio ausgestellt bekommen, das eine AFM ausweist. Fuer Mehrfamilienhaeuser heisst dies, dass dem *Haus* eine Steuernummer zugewiesen werden muss (beim Finanzamt beantragen). Im Zuge der Umstellung wird eine Plastikarte ausgehaendigt werden. Ab Mai 2006 laeuft die 2. Phase an, mit der Moeglichkeit, Oel fuer 21 Euro reduzierter Steuer pro 1000 Liter kaufen zu koennen. Der Kauf wird dann nunmehr mit besagter Plastikkarte moeglich sein. Andersherum: wer dem Oelzulieferer keine Plastikkarte vorweisen kann, wird im Winter 2006 ziemlich frieren...
