Mietdauer - Irida - 28.08.2004 Hallo! Mein griechischer Freund und ich sind kurz davor, einen Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben. Carmen hatte mal geschrieben, daß ein Mietverhältnis immer über 3 Jahre läuft. Was passiert denn, wenn man z.B. nach einem Jahr schon wieder ausziehen will? Muß man dann eine dicke Vertragsstrafe befürchten? Danke für Eure Hilfe! Iris Mietdauer - Carmen - 28.08.2004 Nein, ein MIetvertrag laeuft gesetzlich ueber 2 Jahre, aber das Wohnrecht hat man 3 Jahre. Bisschen kompliziert. Ihr koennt, wenn Ihr wisst, dass Ihr nach einem Jahr umziehen wollt, diese Frist ja auch gleich in den Vertrag setzen lassen. Am Gesetz aendert das natuerlich nichts, ist aber gut, wenn der Vermieter sofort weiss, worauf er sich einlaesst. Ihr koennt natuerlich vor Ablauf von 2 Jahren kuendigen, von Vertragsstrafen habe ich im privaten Bereich noch nichts gehoert. Manche ziehen auch einfach nach wenigen Monaten wieder aus, nach kurzfristigem Hinweis an den Vermieter. Don't worry.... Carmen Hier ist nicht alles so fest geregelt wie in D, insofern koennt Ihr im Allgemeinen davon ausgehen, dass man sich "schon irgendwie" einig wird.
