Griechenland steht zur Zeit unter Druck und muss zusehen, wo es Geld herbekommt. Eine neue Idee ist, bisher nicht bezahlte Steuern auf Uebertragung (zB im Falle eines Kaufes), Schenkung und Vererbung von Grundeigentum einzutreiben. Die Steuerbeamten sind aufgefordert, 10 Jahre zurueck in den Akten zu forschen, um solche Faelle ausfindig zu machen - man geht von einer Million Betroffener aus.

Jeder Immobilienbesitzer, der seiner Pflicht auf Steuerzahlung weiterhin nicht nachkommt, wird mit der Neuberechnung anhand der Bewertung des Marktwertes der letzten 2 Jahre bedroht, und der ist ueblicherweise deutlich hoeher als der Vertragswert vor einigen Jahren.
