Ich möchte mit meiner Familie mitte nächsten Jahres nach Griechenland ziehen, muss aber vorher natürlich eine Wohnmöglichkeit finden. Weiss hier jemand, wo ich am besten online nachschauen kann um Immobilienangebote zu finden? Am liebsten wären mir Griechische Seiten, da die Häuser die von Deutschen angeboten werden preislich sehr überzogen sind. In der Praxis weiss ich noch nicht wie es klappen wird. Wir haben ja schon Häuser in Griechenlan, aber leider in einem kleinem Bergdorf, weit ab von Saloniki. Da ich noch etwas zu Jung bin um in Rente zu gehen, brauch ich eine grössere Stadt um zu Arbeiten. Meine Frau ist Griechische Beamtin und zurzeit noch in Deutschland. Der Vertrag läuft aber nächstes Jahr aus und da wollen wir gleich Nägel mit Köpfen machen und gleich runtergehen! Die Internetseiten, die ich gesehen habe, arbeiten mit "deutschen" Preisen. Gerade in der Nähe von Saloniki findest du über die Makler in den kleinen Orten oder durch Fragen in Tavernen, Geschäften u.s.w. Häuser zu deutlich geringeren Preisen. Meine Erfahrung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet von Nea Kalikratia bis Nea Moudania. Falls du weitere Fragen hast, mail mich ruhig an.
