Hallo,

und wie sieht es mit EU-Bürger aus die eine Rente aus GR beziehen ??

In unserem Fall 317 Euro im Jahr und darauf werden 70 Euro Steuern berechnet. Somit so gut. Auf dem Steuerkonto der rentenbetreffenden Person ist noch ein 14 Jahre altes Auto, mehr nicht, dauerhafter Wohnsitz nicht GR !! Diese Person muss nun jedes Jahr einen mittelhohen vierstelligen Betrag an Divisen einführen.
WO IST DA DER SINN ??? :fragesmiley:

Was passiert, wenn die betagte Person nicht mehr nach GR reisen kann ? Da passt doch nichts zusammen.... oder werden wir etwa als "Grieche" geführt ? Unser Steuerberater ist z. Zt. verschollen ....
wollen wir mal den November abwarten.

Hallo Julie,

leider geht die Rente nicht nach Deutschland !!!

Sie bleibt in Griechenland !! Die überweisen nicht nach Deutschland....die Rente wurde aber in Deutschland beim Finanzamt als Einkommen angegeben!

Was das Auto betrifft bin ich auch schon am überlegen dies auf mich zu übertragen. Ich mag gar nicht daran denken welche Probleme dann wieder auftauchen.
