Das stimmt auch, aber das Wasser müsste schon sehr "aromatisiert" sein, damit wir es mit unseren verstümmelten Geschmacksnerven wahrnehmen würden, in einer solchen Brühe wäre der Fisch vermutlich längst eingegangen.

Der geringfügige Unterschied zwischen Süßwasserbarsch und Meerwasserbarsch ist aber durchaus auf das Aroma des Wassers zurückzuführen.

Bei einem Carpaccio (roh) würde man das merken, aber ordentlich gewürzt, paniert und frittiert, bleibt da fast kein Unterschied mehr übrig.

Jetzt ist aber genug, ich bekomme Hunger :biggrins:

nicht nur du. gestern und vorgestern gabs fisch, fuer heute haben wir ein ganz kleines restaurant in den bergen entdeckt, in dem es lamm am spiess und kukurek gibt - ausprobieren zum geburtstag (nicht meiner).
