Ich weiss dass das in Griechenland die 200% Regelung normal ist (EK 100.000 Euro VK 200.000 euro) jedoch in ein Land was kurz vor den Zusammenbruch ist, immer noch solche Preise anzubieten ist ... unrealistisch...
Griechenland macht sich seinen eigenen Markt kaputt....

Da warte ich doch lieber als potenzeller hauskaeufer, dass die Immomakler - Hausbesitzer in die Insolvenz getrieben werden... aber dass scheint ja hier nicht oder so gut wie nie vor zu kommen.
Bei Schulden beim Finanzamt passiert hier ... nichts....

Also dass was in den Koepfen der Markler so vor geht, kann ich nicht wirklich nach vollziehen.

Wieso Makler ? Die geben die Wunschvorstellungen der Besitzer genau wie überall auf der Welt weiter, außerdem mußt du dir mal die Steuertaxierungspreise, also staatlich festgelegte Preise anschauen.

Dann wundert dich nichts mehr.
