Das ist eindeutig eine Eidechsennatter oder auch Trugnatter genannt, sie wird 1-2 Meter lang und hat im hinteren Bereich des Maules Giftzähne. Daher ist es sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass die Giftzähne, wenn sie zubeißt, in die menschliche Haut dringen. Wenn es doch passiert sind die Folgen: Lokalschmerz, Lymphknotenschwellung, Schwellung und bläuliche Verfärbung. Es kann natürlich auch sein, dass man allergisch reagiert, dann könnte es gefährlich werden. Aber wie gesagt, das ist seehr unwahrscheinlich das das passiert. Dazu sind diese Viecher echt flink und nutzen jede Gelegenheit zur Flucht.
Mir ist es mehrmals passiert, da ich sehr oft im Garten gearbeitet habe, das mir so ein Tier begegnet ist. Einmal hab ich eine kleine Eidechsennatter aufgeschreckt (30-40 cm) und sie blieb stocksteif stehen ohne jede Regung. Als ich näher hinging floh sie ganz geschwind, ich hinterher, aber sie war schneller.
Also man kann sie auf jeden Fall als harmlos bezeichnen.

Wenigstens steht die nicht auf der roten Liste. Wobei die mir nach dem Fotovergleich auch als Ringelnatter durchgehen würde. Gar nicht so einfach, die zuzuordnen (zumindest nicht für mich).

Also vom Aussehen unterscheiden die beiden Arten sich einmal in der Schuppierung, Kopfform und die Ringelnatter hat meist eine andere Farbaufteilung und der Kopf hat fast immer noch ein paar Punkte und oder Striche, währens die Eidechsennatter eher einfarbig oder gleichbleibend geriffelt ist.

Wobei man nie vergessen darf, dass es noch einmal Unterschiede zwischen Jung- und Alttieren gibt und natuerlich je nach Haeutungsphase Farben anders wirken koennen.
Mit anderen Worten: Anhand eines Fotos wuerde ich mich ungern zu 100% festlegen wollen Wink
